Your opinion on the way the Club is run is important so please do try to attend, and if you really can’t make it, then make use of your proxy vote!
If you are unable to attend an Annual General Meeting, you can assign your vote (your ‘proxy’) to any member of the Club who is going to attend. This person will then be able to cast your vote as well as her own at the meeting – so make sure you choose someone you trust to think like you. If you are happy with the way the Committee is running the Club and the proposals it is making you can simply make out your proxy to ‘The Committee’.
To complete the online form you will need your membership number, which can be found on the back of your newsletter, going to the online directory and search your name or by contacting the membership secretary on membership@blc.lu.
