How to join the BLC

  1. Complete the Application Form either on-line or download the PDF file membership form 2017-18
  2. Pay the appropriate fee; by transferring monies to the bank account shown below.
  3. Once we have processed your application and membership fee you will receive a Welcome Letter.  You also be able to join us on Facebook and our Members Only section on-line.

Monies to be received in EURO’S only.  Please do not send any cheques.

How to Register on-line

If any of the following are not met your user account on the website will not be activated

1) you need to have paid for your membership fee for year 2017/18.
2) you need a valid email address.
3) your email address and name must be the same as in the membership database.  You can if you want have multiple email addresses – you just need to let us know beforehand.

How to generate a user account:
1) You can register and create your own.  Once you have registered we will then need to activate your user account.  After your account has been activated you will receive an email confirmation.  You can now log on.


2) We will generate a user account for you.  You will first receive an email confirming your username and password reset link. Then you will receive a second email confirming your account is active.  You can now log on.
