In celebration and contribution to International Women’s Day 2019 the BLC will offer to its members Self-Defense training events which will be free to all our members to attend. Our focus will be to empower w omen\, both physically and psychologically\, in a single 2 hour training s ession\, with skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
